What operators, residents and cleaners ask first.
Can I use my own cleaners?
Yes. You bring the cleaners you already work with onto your team, and each turnover goes to the cleaner you assign. Your jobs are not offered to other cleaners on ProperLink.
Do I have to replace my property management system?
No. ProperLink runs alongside the system you already use. You add each property once, then create each turnover with its date and time.
What do my cleaners need?
A smartphone with the ProperLink app on iOS or Android, which is free for them. They see the turnovers you assign, check in by GPS at the property, and add a photo before they start and photos when they finish.
How do I know a turnover is done?
A cleaner can only check in within 200 metres of the property, needs a photo to start and photos of the finished job to mark it done. Whoever created the turnover is notified when it is done, and approves it.

How does booking a clean for my own home work?
You describe the clean you need and see the price before you publish. Cleaners who are online near you are notified, and the first one to accept takes the job. There is no quoting, no bidding, and you are not choosing between applicants.
What does a clean for my own home cost?
The total is shown before you publish, with GST included. It is based on the property details you enter rather than a quote, so there is nothing to negotiate and no invoice afterwards.
When am I charged for a home clean?
Publishing an instant job places a hold on your card straight away; for a scheduled booking your card is saved when you book and the hold is placed closer to the slot. You are charged after you approve the completed clean, or automatically 48 hours after the cleaner marks it done if you have not reviewed it by then.
Are cleaners checked before they take resident bookings?
Yes. Before a cleaner who applies through ProperLink is activated, we verify identity documents, a current Australian police check, public liability insurance and an ABN. Cleaners are independent professionals, not ProperLink employees.
What if no cleaner accepts my job?
It can happen. Jobs are offered to cleaners who are online within reach of your address, and if nobody is available the app tells you before you pay. We do not promise a match within any particular time.
How do I join as a cleaner?
Apply at properlink.ai/apply with your ID, police check, insurance and ABN. Cleaning work needs an application rather than a sign-up, so we review it first. Once approved you verify your mobile number, finish your profile in the app, and can start accepting jobs.
