What does a clean cost?
The total is shown before you publish, with GST included. It is based on the property details you enter rather than a quote, so there is nothing to negotiate and no invoice afterwards.
When am I charged?
Publishing an instant job places a hold on your card straight away; for a scheduled booking your card is saved when you book and the hold is placed closer to the slot. You are charged after you approve the completed clean, or automatically 48 hours after the cleaner marks it done if you have not reviewed it by then.
Are cleaners checked before they can take work?
Yes. We verify identity documents, a current Australian police check, public liability insurance and an ABN before a cleaner is activated. Cleaners are independent professionals, not ProperLink employees.
What if no cleaner accepts my job?
It can happen. Jobs are offered to cleaners who are online within reach of your address, and if nobody is available the app tells you before you pay. We do not promise a match within any particular time.
How do I join as a cleaner?
Apply at properlink.ai/apply with your ID, police check, insurance and ABN. Cleaning work needs an application rather than a sign-up, so we review it first. Once approved you verify your mobile number, finish your profile in the app, and can start accepting jobs.
